Who this is for & what you’ll get
New to Aix or done with hobbling the cobbles? This guide shows you how to use the Diablines—the little electric shuttles that weave through the old town—where they go, when they run, how to flag them, tickets (cash & contactless), accessibility, and official maps for lines A, B, C. (aixenbus.fr)
What are the Diablines?
Small, fully electric shuttles serving the narrow, semi-pedestrian streets of Aix centre. Capacity ~6–7 riders, low floor for easy access. Perfect for short hops and reduced mobility. (la-diabline.com)
When do they run?
Mon–Sat ~08:30–19:30, every ~10 minutes. No service on public holidays. (aixenbus.fr)
How to ride (yes, they stop on request!)
Inside the historic core, just wave—they’ll stop anywhere along the route. Outside the core, use the marked bus stops. Pro tip: stand where the driver can safely pull in.
